Explanation of purpose of the Special Emergency Session This session is called for the sole purpose of retaining Brad Daniels of Stoel Rives, LLP for serving as Co-Counsel for the Town of Lakeview in federal court in the matter of Sustainability Partnership litigation against the officers and municipality of Lakeview, Oregon. No other matter shall be considered and this session is necessary to ensure that the Town has legal representation in Federal Court in a timely manner.
