Updates on recent Town Activities
While Oregon Public Meeting Law does require that the public be allowed to witness a public process, it does not require that the Town provide an opportunity for citizen comments. Citizen comments are not a right, but a privilege extended by the Town Council to our citizens, provided that the rules of conduct set forth in detail on every Town Council agenda are followed. Citizens are not allowed to interrupt or engage in conduct of the Town

State your name and address for the record.
Limit your comments to three (3) minutes unless granted an extension of time.
Speak to the issue of concern. Personal attacks shall not be tolerated, and the Council reserves the right to remove abusive persons from council chambers.
Please do not interrupt or disrupt the conduct of the Town’s business.
If you have an issue with an individual Town employee, please schedule a time to come talk to the Town Manager regarding your concerns.
