Parks

In general, all parks are closed from  12 AM – 6 AM except by special permission. At times, access may be limited or affected by events or maintenance issues. To report any park non-emergency issue, call (541) 947-2020.

Lakeview Swimming Pool Park

 Location: Corner of North D and Center. Google Map

Parks are closed from  12 AM – 6 AM except by special permissionPark watering hours 6 PM – 8 AM. No Dogs In Park and Smoke & Vapor Free Zone – Lakeview Town Ordinance #864 – Fines of $60-$250 for first offense and up to $2,000 for subsequent offenses.

Restrooms are available, please help to keep them clean. Tennis courts, swimming pool, picnic benches and BBQ grills (No reservations. First come, first served.)

McDonald Park - Splash Pad

 Location: Off of HWY 395, corner of South 7th and South G. Google Map

Parks are closed from  12 AM – 6 AM except by special permissionPark watering hours 6 PM – 8 AM. No Dogs In Park and Smoke & Vapor Free Zone – Lakeview Town Ordinance #864- Fines of $60-$250 for first offense and up to $2,000 for subsequent offenses.

Restrooms are available, please help to keep them clean. Splash pad, 2 play structures, swings and marry-go-round. 1 picnic shelter (No reservations. First come, first served.) Mural painting updates and photo progression.

Winter Closure! McDonald Park’s Splash Pad will close for the winter as of Monday, October 2, 2023. Sunday, October 1, 2023, will be the last day the splash pad will be on. The park itself will still be open all year long. 

Soroptimist Park

 Location:  South 3rd, just west of Mountainview Drive and the railroad tracks. Google Map

Dog friendly park. Please follow the rules below.
1. Owners are responsible for removal and disposal of pet feces. Bags and garbage cans are available.
2. Dogs must be current on their rabies vaccinations and wear their tags at all times.
3. Dogs must be kept on-leash outside the gated main entry.
4. Dogs must be kept under visual and voice control of their owners at all times and at no time may be left unattended.
5. Any dog exhibiting aggressive behavior must be removed immediately.
6. Owners are liable for damage or injury inflicted by their dogs.
7. All children must be under strict supervision and an adult must accompany those under the age of 12.
8. No puppies under 4 months of age.
9. Dogs in heat are not permitted.
10. Owners must have a leash accessible at all times.
11. Owners assume all risk and waive liability to the Town of Lakeview for any injury or damage caused to or by pets while using the park. 

Fitness Structure: Fitness structures are to be used at your own risk. Users assume all risk and waive liability to the Town of Lakeview for any injury that may occur.

18 Hole Disc Golf Course: In disc golf, the object is to use the fewest amount of throws to get the frisbee into the “hole,” which is a metal container. Similar to golf, where the player with the fewest number of strokes wins, the winner of a throw is the one who makes the fewest throws. It’s a good time! Thank you Lake County Disc Golf (Oregon) with your assistance in maintaining this park.
